Shredding of the Constitution

President-elect Obama, who allegedly is not a natural born citizen and would therefore be ineligible to be President, has nominated Hillary Clinton to be Secretary of State. Hillary Clinton is ineligible to be Secretary of State due to the Constitution's emoluments clause.

"Dirty Pool" at the Supreme Court apparently on behalf of Obama currently usurping YOUR Constitution: Leo Donofrio's companion case, brought by Cort Wrotnowski, with fuller/better briefing showing Obama is not an Article II "natural born citizen" reportedly has been sidetracked to the anthrax lab to deprive the full Court from seeing those filings in connection with Donofrio's case this Friday, Dec 5, 2008. DO SOMETHING AMERICA!!!

Do you really think that because cabinet salaries went up a few thousand dollars during Hillary's term, she shouldn't become secretary of state? Really?

Really?

I'm sure you don't want Hillary as secretary of state, but I'm equally sure that it isn't for this reason. Can't you present substantive arguments against Obama and Hillary's policies and positions, instead of copying-and-pasting paranoid right-wing talking points?

I expect you, as a physician, to put more thought into your opinions than this. This is disturbing to see.

Chris, although I detest Hillary Clinton, it's not because of her foreign policy views. I am not too bothered about her becoming secretary of state, other than it is unconstitutional.

What other parts of the Constitution do you find unimportant and think should be ignored?

I would present some arguments against Obama's policies, but he's reversed himself so much recently I'm not sure what his current policies are.
